Paradigm Minds by Vivian
Empathy, compassion, and creating a safe space to emphasize the therapeutic relationship which has been the foundation of my work. I have a diverse range of experiences with children and adults encountering depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, low self-esteem, bereavement, substance abuse, poor emotion regulation skills, and having difficulty coping with significant life changes causing conflicts in relationships.

I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship for healing the wounds of the past and the present. In order to understand the complexities of problems nested in cultural beliefs and values in the individuals’ life, I use a culturally sensitive approach to support individuals in navigating their experiences. I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to express and process their emotions. Therapy is a unique experience and I believe that finding the right fit is extremely important. My clinical approach would depend on the person and presenting issue that is brought into the therapy session.
I understand that reaching out may be difficult, no problems are too large or too small to seek therapy. If you have ever felt overwhelmed, frustrated, or lost, do not hesitate to contact me via email or by phone to see if I may be a good fit for your needs.
I Also offer virtual therapy in multiple languages: English, Farsi, and Assyrian.
